Title: "About the measurability of the quantized gravitational field"
Abstract:
While it seems to be accepted that gravity should be quantized and that a
theory of quantized spacetime unambiguously leads to a discrete structure on
small scales (i.e. Planck scales), a measurability-analysis still is undone.
With this in mind, I want to discuss "The necessity of quantizing the
gravitational field" considered by Eppley and Hannah 30 years ago aswell as
topics related to newer approaches to quantum gravity.
